We’ve been having smoothies for breakfast a lot here lately. Not only are they delicious, the yogurt adds enough protein to fill me up for quite a while. Well, the other morning, I was feeling like smoothies, but we were out of some of the ingredients from my favorite recipe. I did some substituting and what came out of the blender was delicious! Creamy Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
8 oz frozen strawberries
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 6 oz containers of yogurt (I used one strawberry and one strawberry/banana flavored)
1 cup milk
1 Tbsp honey
Add ingredients to blender and mix until smooth! Pour into glasses and enjoy!
This recipe makes enough for three to four smoothies.
